32.25 miles 7:52 avg pace. Sadly, this is by far the best month of the year.
12.69 miles on the bike, though that is much lower than march and april. I really gotta get new tires.

198.6 miles (7:08/mile avg)- training was going great until I got injured at the end of the month...looks like a few days off for me
