Running: Nice even 142 miles over 20 runs. Includes miracle 10M race with hellataper and a half PR with anti-taper (ie. none to speak of). Average pace = 10:09, fastest 9:15. EAST SIDE RIFF RAFF = CHAMPIONS!

Lifting: none. Definitely need to improve that.

Abs: 4,500. Down this month, too.

Overall analysis: everything is down from last month due to taper, races, race recovery, and week-long business trip; not too happy. Pace slowly coming down, though. After races (and end of VRAA) got somewhat lazy and complacent. Need to break out of the funk, regroup, and get back on the road with marathon training being my primary focus again. Only six months to go....

116.61, half assed it for most of the month. 39.3 miles were Marathon and half marathon.

Hope to get mileage up to around 150+ for June.

Running: 123 min, about 14 miles- I know its pathetic but I can't do much this month as I just recovered from a Stress fracture
Swimming: more than usual b/c of cross training but I didnt tabulate the mileage.

Running:
94.75 miles
4.7 miles avg. run
11:10:07 total time
7:04 pace

Lifting:
Very consistent although bench press has gone down a bit. Steady upper body lifting three days a week with ab work and occasionally shoulder work on tuesdays and thursdays.

Conclusion: mileage is down due to not kicking myself in the butt and doing my LSD's on Sunday morning. I need to get back with that program to keep my endurance strong. 5k time has dropped to 19:22 but don't seem to be making a lot of progress towards that sub 19.
