I am so excited! Our Y is finally setting up a masters swim program. It's being run by our Y's swim team coach. This is exactly what I've been waiting for. They are going to have practice at 2 different Y's with 2 coaches and a stroke technique coach. M-Th mornings 5:30-7:00 and some evenings. They are going to have various groups, one being a tri training group. And the best news. It starts on Nov 1st. I love instant gratification! (at a small fee in 3 easy installments.)

Nice...
They started an Adult swim lesson at my Y, but because I'm in IM training and following a schedule I haven't joined yet. I will, Nov. 7th.
