Last session was held Wed Oct 25. Started in sunlight but finished by the light of the streetlamps.
This week's was eight 1/4 mile runs at 5K pace followed by a light jog back to the original start line. Start over again.
Happy to say my 1/4 miles were right on pace of about 10:00 approximately 2:30 per 1/4 mile. Total time spent was 19:22.
What did I learn this year ? I can push the envelope a bit. Next year more envelope pushing...
