Masochism 101 was held at the local HS track. Coach usually has some good little exercises when we hit the track.
Tonight was:
100M Slow
100M Fast
200M Slow
200M fast
200M slow
600M race pace
2 minute break between turns. Repeat twice for a total of three iterations.
The last 500M was in pouring rain, with lightning about 5-10 miles away.
At least we cooled down quickly...
