once again the Strydeers met at the Park and had a nother fun filled session.

Tonight was a nice warm up for my race:

It was 5K over the XC course. First two miles at pace (30 seconds slower than normal race pace) the last mile at 5K pace.

I finished at 28:28 actually a very good time for me. Did I mention two really mean hills ?
