Once againn, we met at the Saratoga State park. About 50 of us participated in a "modified boomerang". This was basically an intense hill training day. Why hills you may ask ? Because they are excellent for building leg muscles.
We went up four different hill two times each for a total of eight hill climbs. Running up the hill, you ran as fast as possible, coming down nice easy pace. Three of the four hills were in the 30 degree slope or better. Only one of the hills was a nice easy climb of 300 meters.
Two minute break between hill two and hill three.
The last run up the the last hill got us back to the parking lot.
My total time for the hills was 30 minutes
