Bonk, Bonk and more Bonking.

So here's the deal. I got my bike out of the repair shop and took it to the park. It was early so I thought: why not ? Rode the bike for about 45 mins 6 or 7 miles. then went to the masochism class.

Last night it was the "Boomerang". Run up one hill come down, jog lightly to another hill, run up, jog down. Repeat again take three minute break star another round of four.

I bonked out at three iterations. Just plain did not have it anymore.

So I'm justifying this by saying I did about 6 miles on the bike and almost three running up and down hills. I know its not in the IM realm but hey I'm not trying out for that yet...

Next week we blast away !!
