Well we met again, temps in the high 80's with pretty high humidity.

Our session consited of three one mile runs at 5K pace +30 seconds. For me that would be around 11:00 min/mi.

First mile was about 11:15
Three minute rest and water break
Second mile about 11:10
Three minute rest, water and Gatorade break
Last mile about the same even with a 30 second walk interlude (I bonked)

It was hot sweaty and balmy.

Tip: If you are bothered by leg cramps - drink tonic water after your sessions. Quinine in the tonic water will help to minimize/alleviate any cramps.
