Our usual Wednesday evening meeting at the Saratoga Spa State Park. BTW One of the bennies of coming here is the free Saratoga Water you can get.

Ok, on to the Masochism session:

Tonight was fairly easy:

First 2000M. 1 minute slow then 1 minute at pace. Repeat the one slow one fast routine until you do the full 2000M (Pace= 28sec/mi faster than 5K time. Making my time somewhere around 10:00)

2 min break

Next was 1000M at pace.

2 min break

2000M at pace

Total running time for 5K was about 30:15
