The weekly masochism session met at 1800 for the wind down to the program. There were about 30 die hards present. Two more sessions.
This week was fairly easy (maybe because I'm better trained).
After a 500M warm up run. We went to the start point. The course was about three miles and mostly flat. Approx 1 mile between changes.
First mile: 1 minute slow 1 minute fast. Continue this pattern until you get to mile two then:
Mile two: 30 seconds slow, 30 seconds fast. Continue until you get to mile three:
Mile three: 1 minute slow, 2 minutes fast. Continute the pattern to the end.
Total time for me was about 31 minutes. This includes slow periods and a major slow down for one of our group that was behind.
