Well the fools were back again. Temps were about 80+ with threatening thundershowers.
We went ahead and did our weekly punishment tour. The course:
Imagine, if you will, a four spoke wheel. All runs started at the low point of the axle. You ran up one hill, came down, ran up the second, then the third then the fourth. A three minute break then start all over again.
Total distance about 3 miles for both legs. First iteration (1.5 miles) time 14:55. Second about the same.
Added bonus: thunderstorms at the beginning of the second round.
