For those of you that noticed: I did not attend the masochism session last week, due to heavy rains.

this week we did the "boomerang"

1000m at pace (24 sec slower than your normal 5K pace), 2 minute rest.

Then we went to the "boomerang" course where using the pattern of 1 minute slow pace, 2 minutes fast pace we proceed to do the following:

First we go down one hill, hit the bottom and proceed immediately to another hill, come down to the bottom, go up another hill and come back down. Go up the last hill come down. As a finale we go back up the first hill we came down on, get a 3 minute rest then a last 1000m run at pace.

I was not wearing my stopwatch so I can't give you an accurate time but it came out to be about 30 minutes for the whole thing.
