Well the 30 or so masochists met again at Saratoga State Park.

This week's training session was 3 X 1 mile. We were supposed to do this at pace which is 24 seconds per mile slower than your normal 5K race pace (for me about 10:55). 3 Minute rest between miles. Courses were reltively flat.

First mile: 9:33
Second mile: 9:45
Third and final mile: 10:30 I finally told myself to SLOW DOWN !!

I feel pretty good considering those are the fastest I've run miles in 10+ years at least...

Next week is on the HS Track...
