It's Saturday, February 29, 2004. I will definitely be running the full for this. I've always heard it was a great race, and it's probably the biggest race around here. It's actually the Saturday after Mardi Gras, so if you feel so inclined you could party it up for a few days, recover, and then run. Supposedly the course is very flat (not surprising for New Orleans), very scenic, and very fast. There's not a whole lot of info on this year's race posted yet, but all the info from previous years is still available.

January is just plain out...February is pretty much nil too, but late enough in February like this could be time enough to wrap up the big stuff and possib make a long weekend..hmmm.... I also have a marathon buddy here planning on this one, so I had it in the back of my mind already...hmmmm

I may think about doing the MG half-marathon boys. My father lives in New Orleans and it would be a good excuse to visit.
