Probably not. You actually need to have good grades to be a Jasper. That pretty much knocks us out of contention every year. All the guys on the B-ball team when I was in school were upstanding guys with excellent grades. The year after I graduated, theyactually went to the second round of the NCAA tourney by beating Oklahoma! The lost to Az in a real squeaker, though.
