The third annual runningforums.com Maintain Campaign begins next Monday, 22 November 2004
If you are unfamiliar with this virtual event, its a fun way to keep those holiday pounds from adding up between Thanksgiving and New Years.
You get points by doing any type of exercise, and there are other health realted activities daily for extra points.
Team consist of 3 people, and your team should have a Holiday Themed team name.
So get together with two other people and sign up below.

Sweet - first day of this isn't done, and we already having a team fighting amongst themselves!
