Hey, thanks flarunner! I appreciate the welcome and the encouragement. I took this past week off from training and I am feeling SOOO guitly! School just started, so I gave myself 7 days to get back into the swing of things. With the marathon coming up in October I cannot put running on a backburner anymore. Anywho, I definately feel refreshed and ready to hit the road tomorrow!

I'll be there for the 1/2, but you knew that. I'll be breaking a new pair of Asics in on a ten miler this afternoon whild Lunatic visits his g-parents in chelsea. So....are you gonna tell me which school you teach at or whut??
