Thought I'd share. Not sure if I'll go or not yet.

>
>Run one or two loops of the trail at beautiful Blue Mound State Park.
Race
>length is 14.1 km for the single loop trail and 25.5 km for the two
loop
>trail. The loop encompasses nearly the entire park, crossing prairies
and
>navigating deep maple forest. The loop is about 80% shaded and has
about
>1.2 miles of single track per loop, the balance is ski trail.
>
>The vertical differential from top to bottom is about 420 feet. Each
loop
>has an estimated 700-800 ft of total climbing. There will be 3 food
and
>water stations on the course and T-shirts for all. Entry Fees are $20
>before 5/28 & $26 after 5/28 up to the day of the race. You must have
a
>Wisconsin state park sticker if you enter by car. Showers and food

Trails are fun to race, even only having done just one. Wish I could, but I'll probably be not ready for something that long. Not yet. Sad

Any concern on what the rains are doing to the trails?
