needed a new heading:
here's an update of information on the Nov 8th St. Joe's run in Menasha
The race has a "portsmouth" start.
what's that? seeded wave start. The waves are timed on USATF road race records by age. The slower wave goes first, then the next.....So in reality a fast 60 y/o lady could cross the finish line first.
start: 9 for walkers, 9:15 for runners
cost: before Oct 31---$5 plus a canned food, there after $7. If you want a mock turtlenect an extra $10 and must be preregistered
Place: 320 Chute st, Menasha
awards to first 30 runners
buffet afterwards

Schedule change,........gotta work  but I'm sure you would have kicked my butt regardless. I haven't been getting in squat for mileage and it is starting to show. Good luck and have fun, I'll be thinking of you all..............
