Trying to figure out what time we should head over to the Expo...and Randy, what time's dinner??
When is everyone getting in on Saturday? I still have to book my flight and am trying to decide.
Can someone more powerful than I make this thread sticky for a while to stay up with the other Madison thread??

I am still working on dinner. I would like to get a definite number of people (SHELFY) before making any reservations. I do have some ideas, though.

If I go, I'll be getting there Saturday early afternoon, like two or three o'clock. It's the earliest I can do for cross country travel.

That sounds do-able to me. I guess arrival depends upon whther or not we are driving, flying, or whatever.

I'd go closer to 3:30 ish, I think, just to make sure we don't miss anyone. We'll probably head to dinner from there, I would think, after the photo opp and an adequate amount of time for SHOPPING at the expo. I should know this but I'm too lazy to go look, where's the expo in relation to where we are staying? It might be easier to meet in the hotel lobby and go over from there??? If we do meet at the expo we should pick a spot so stragglers can find us.

It's actually just a short walk from the hotel. Very easy to find. I am still waiting on a number for dinner, Shelf!

Randy, Luigi's? I've never been there or even seen it. I looked it up in the Yellow Pages...it's a diner? There's quite a few of us coming!

Shel! I think that's it! I had found that place a while back while researching, but I forgot the name. Once I get an estimate on number I will give them a call. It's very handy for those staying at the hotel, too. Just two blocks down, I believe.

HEY! I think I speak for this whole group when I say there's nothing questionable about any of us.

Does 6:30 sound okay for dinner? Too late? Too early?

I think that should work well, this way any stragglers getting into town later can at least catch up with us for dinner if they miss the expo.
Is anyone NOT going to be in town by 3:30-ish to meet us at the Expo???
