What aisle do you struggle with? Which one do you always go down? Can you resist the urge to buy something?
For me it's the liquor aisle. Even if I'm not in the mood for drinking. Usually I don't buy anything just because it's expensive, but tonight I bought a fifth of Wild Turkey 101.

I don't think I really struggle with any isle. Well, maybe the pet food isle because it stinks so bad! I ALWAYS go down the produce "section" (usually not an isle). I LOVE fruit! I can almost always resist the urge to buy something...I've had to do that for years as I watch my weight. I figure if I don't buy it this time then I'll buy it the next time.

After Diva enlightened me to the ways of feminine hygiene, I feel compelled to walk down that aisle and offer advice to any confused looking women.

Be glad I didn't participate in that thread. I could have opened your eyes to many more topics somewhat related to the subject!!

...which reminds me...
I get a big kick out of walking by the condom section when I notice younger looking guys standing there all confused. Sometimes I even say "hi" just to see what their reaction is!!!

Remind me to never shop for condoms in your store.

For me, it is the Ice Cream isle. I'm not so interested in the ice cream, but Popcicle makes a sugar free pop with only 15 calories. I eat the whle box in 2 days.

None I guess. I look at the cookies, then realize they're full of trans-fats so I won't buy them.
It makes me sad to go down the baking aisle, I don't bake anymore, with watching what I eat and a diabetic spouse, it's not worth it.

the cereal aisle blows my mind. i've never seen such a tightly packed, highly stacked, colorfully wrapped pile of crap screaming BUY ME BUY ME in my life. it's all junk. if i've told her once, i've told her a thousand times you will never eat cocoa krispies, sugar pops, frosted flakes, froot loops, sugar bombs, red-dye cuties, marshmallow crapballs....whatever they're selling, you're not eating it little girl. Life cereal is as crazy as we get.
i hate the cereal aisle.

I, on the contrary, love the cereal aisle. So many options! Though usually the only thing I buy is oatmeal, the knock off rice crispies, and the knock off fruit loops.

The "Ethnic Foods" section. Anything in that section will cause me to pause and wonder if I should buy it. In particular....I cannot pass up the opportunity to try a new salsa....or a new hot sauce.
What can I say...I love me some spicy food.

I was just complaining about my cereal this morning. I bought it thinking it looked healthy. Some kind of organic berry flake cereal. Well, I should have read the label. That freakin' thing has 210 calories per serving and 1.5 g of fat!!! That is more than most (besides the cocoa krispies, sugar pops, etc that you mentioned above)! And, I was even complaining about the AMOUNT of cereal in the unopened box. I pulled the bag out of the box and it was literally LESS THAN HALF the size of the box itself! And, the stinkin' stuff was $3.99!!! All over the box it talks about peace and how this company is making the world more peaceful. Blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, yadda. Well, I'll show them peace when I ram this $3.99 box of pure sugar down their throats!!! (JOKING!!! Really, I am!!!)
BTW, the cereal did taste really yummy. Good thing I'm doing a mid-morning run today. I'll have lots of energy!!!
