You know, the upside to all of this is that your family will be very doting and attentive to you. If they start to get tired of peeling your grapes or fluffing your pillows, just put your hand to your forehead and moan gently.

Shocked

I do hope you take care of yourself and really listen to your body. Also, it might be a good thing to find where all the ER rooms are when on vacation, just in case.

Scary!

Hope you are feeling better cuddle .

I once had what they called a "complex migraine" where I lost speech (and if you knew me you'd be checking for a pulse on that symptom alone Mr. Green ) and had some other pretty alarming symptoms. An MRI showed that I did indeed have a brain, but that everything was present and correct. It occurred during a very stressful time at my work. I made some significant lifestyle changes, and if its any comfort, that was about 6 years ago and I've never had another one since - and have sailed through subsequent really stressful times without any problems.

Good grief. Glad you are ok, and that they know what was going on. That's very scary stuff though.

I get migraines every few months now and knew that bad ones could be really bad, but had no idea they could be that bad.

Take care, and have a great, relaxing vacation.
