Stole this from the Body for Life program.
Breakfast burrito - Makes 1 serving
Scramble 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites until firm.
Heat 1 whole wheat flour tortilla
Add eggs to tortilla.
Add 2 T. of salsa, 1 oz. of low-fat cheddar and 1 t. or low-fat sour cream.
Wrap and Eat.
Fat = 9g., Carb = 35g., Protein = 22 g.,
MMMmmm Good!

I personally nix the sour cream and add bacon. Good stuff.

That sounds good!! Now I got a silly question. When you make scrambled eggs do you add milk or put eggs in a pan and stir them up real good?

I do too. Whip it with a wire whisk in the bowl first, then pour into the pan. Makes them fluffier....especially since you are not using as much yolk. I make these a lot, tasty!! I like them with turkey bacon, lower in fat, or even crumbled up veggie breakfast sausages. YUM!!!!
If you like spinach, try the Greek version: add spinach, mushrooms and a little Feta cheese instead...slurp! I sometimes add chopped tomatoes in the summer when they are nice and fresh. I mix the spinach in with the eggs while they are scrambling and then add the other stuff.
