Never had a fish taco, what kind of fish is normally in them? (my chef's brain is already saying, "I can make those!!"

Have had shrimp tacos in Corpus Christi, TX. Quite tasty. My son
didn't like the fish tacos here in Jersey, though. He pulled out all of
the fish and ate it by itself. Anything with fish!
