I love Cracker Barrel cheese.
My shrimp & grits recipe uses an entire block of the extra sharp cheddar. Yum!

You mean the kind in the simple shrink wrap and labeled Block Cheese??

Good stuff and nutricious, but...
Why limit yourself ? Try some Asiago or Dubliner or maybe an Havarti. Some incredible flavors out there. Ever try fresh Mozzarella ?
