Recently, two employees have fallen when their shoestrings bacame caught on something causing them to trip. All Employees are being made aware of this safety hazard and being asked to make sure their shoestrings are not too long and are tied to fall above floor level so they do not cause a trip hazard.
Ahhh... Hello HR Department? My 3rd grade teacher called... she want's her memo back.

Boss: Hr Manager - could you get some memo out about shoelace safety ? Seems a couple of our warehouse people tripped on their own sholeaces
HR Mgr: OK boss anything specific you want me to say ?
Boss: No just metion correct lenght and height of sholaces is important.
HR Mgr: will do boss !!
(Thinking to themselves: OK so a couple of our Mensa people tripped over their own shoes - maybe I shold tell them to watch for their own shadows too )
