Though I am realtively new to running I always have the same problem. My legs could run forever, they rarely tire. But, my lungs feel like they are going to give out after 5 minutes. Sad

Any advice?

Thanks
Claire

It'll come. Happens to me too everytime after a total layoff. The lungs seem to be the first to go. Three weeks is always my "magic" number for when the lungs/heart begin to catch up and pass the legs. Then from there, it's the legs that'll beg for mercy Wink
