and a diet COKE!

A cup of rasberries and a cut up banana


Lunch:
Protein bar
1/2 cup of Annie's Purple Box MacnCheese

Afternoon snakkie

little bit of steak and some green beans

Tonight:

Chicken
Salad
maybe some rice or pasta

After dinner:

Everything sweet thing i can get my hands on because I;m a frikkin carbo junkie and I do so well all day but after dinner it's like I'm obsessed.
