This will sound as if I’m a hundred years old, but I’m losing breath while riding. It’s so irritating since I believed that I’m in a good condition. Whenever I ride for more than half an hour I start gasping for breath. I’m wondering whether something is wrong with my health. Has anyone else encountered such problems? How to overcome this?

I don’t know about the others, but I certainly encountered this unpleasant syndrome. I didn’t know what to do. The key points are to be persistent and to learn how to breathe correctly. There are breathing exercises on the Internet and you can improve your performance with only a few little steps. So, at first every sports activity seems to tire and exhaust you, but that’s only the period necessary for your body to adapt to new regime and lifestyle. That’s why you have to be very persistent. And don’t exaggerate with training at the beginning. You should do everything in a moderate manner. And I’d suggest you to work out a bit in order to gain body strength. That’s how I overcame the problem.
