I've taken some down days the last few weeks and cut back my riding schedule because the weather doesn't always cooperate during the fall/winter months. But it looks like the rest has had some dividends. My running times are dropping, the #'s I can put up in the weight room are increasing and cycling is getting a little faster. Swimming is the only thing that isn't really improving, but I've only got myself to blame for that. Can't really get better if I don't go to the pool more than once or twice per week.
Just thought I'd share.

Good for you.
It's always nice to see all your hard work actually translate into something tangible!
