I do my runs at about a 10-11 mt pace.I am looking for others who run at this pace and who live in the Canyon Crest-Riverside area who would like to do 4-6 mile runs during the week on Mon/Wed eve about 5-7 pm.If you know of any trails or

want to do some track work together ,too that would be cool. Smile
