I need a 2 hour window to run. I'd like to avoid running in the rain if possible.

A little rain never hurt anyone.
Plus it helps with hydration

Well, almost. Even if I'd go to the indoor track at the rec (which I can't, because it's closed for home football games), that'd be 8 laps per mile times 16 miles... 128 laps. Yikes.

I'm about to. I think I'll be able to make it without getting more than a 15 minute shower.

Its only water you know... Amazingly enough it actually dryes off in a short time.

Hey, I made the right decision. Light drizzle for the first mile, after that it stopped. Usually I'll run in the rain no matter how hard, but I don't like doing it for long runs.
