Well..
I have finished my longest running week ever!!!
Total Miles: 63.7
Total Time: 8:54:51
Average pace: 8:24
When I was done today I felt like I had a long week. As I was running today I thought about trying to stretch my 14 mile run to 16 so I can hit 65 for the week but I decided against it.
I feel good and only 3 more weeks to my 50K. Next week I am running 3 6 milers, a 4 miler and then a 15K race on Saturday morning. I don't think my body is going to know what to do for the "short" runs next week.

did you get overtime pay for the :54?? 
60 miles is impressive, there are weeks i don't get that on my skates.
