Boiler, that site was relocated to http://www.mysmilies.com but it's the same one! To post them from that site, you click on the smilie you want to use and the code string appears in the window at the top of the page. Copy it and paste into your post. It already has the [img] [/img] tags on it. Same as posting a picture.

I just pick them up from here and there and make a few of my own. I've never purchased one. I'm guessing that most smilies are public domain.
