Well I went in yesterday morning for a physical for more life insurance and I kind of shocked the lady when my pulse was 52!!!!!

I have never gotten a reading that low from either my doctor or from the Y when they give me my annual fitness assesment.

She just smiled and said I was going to ask you if you ran.
