Well, I am totally hyped for football season. It all started yesterday. On our way home from Ohio, we decided to head over to Canton for a little Pro Football Hall of Fame action. Little did we know this was THE weekend to be there. This was the weekend they had the induction for the 2004 recipients. The only one we got to see was Carl Eller (Vikings) because we were there on Sunday (Saturday was all the hoopla) afternoon. He stopped by for a quick photo shot and then left as quickly as he appeared. But all the excitement was just energizing!!!
On top of that, my husband and I are going to see the Redskins/Panthers game on Saturday! I am totally psyched!!! It'll be great to see Joe Gibbs in action again!
Anyway, I just want to wish all my football fans out there a good season and I want you to remember one thing...THE PACK IS BACK and we are going to WHOOOP some butt this year!

The story gets even more weird...
I was living in Nashville (pre-Titan era) and was hanging out with these guys that were in a band there (alternative rock band - believe it or not). They were all from Wisconsin. I didn't even like football at the time but I would go hang out with them on Sunday afternoon/Monday nights just to have some social time (who? me? ). After a while I really started liking football. Then, the next year, the Packers won the Super Bowl. What better time to be a fan???!!!
GO PACK!!!!!

Kinda like my family being from around here (PA) and being longtime Pack fans since the Lombardi (  ) era.....
I am a Wisconsinite at heart and as soon as I can finagle a reason to move there, I am so outta here......I fell in love with Madison the first time I was there and didn't wanna leave.

I'll be going right by Lambeau next week on my way to the cabin. I'm sure the state will be abuzz about the pack but I'll bring them back to earth when I wear my Patriots hat.

Are the Patriots an NFL team???

I think that's one of them minor league neighborhood football teams up north somewheres.

I was going to be nice and show you some picture of someone with the Patriots but this is the only thing I could find...(btw, this was the Superbowl game I was talking about in the initial post!)

How about 4th and 29? Does that ring any bells from last year. I'm sure genie got an earfull of that, living in Philly.
