YIKES! 
4 days...4 DAYS YOU CRAZY NUTS! 
I'm nervous and nervous. Did I say nervous? Races don't settle with me well and this one has me on the edge. My legs are very sore and tired right now.
18 weeks...528.4 miles...all long runs done outdoors...working with high BP...one week of migranes...scheduling around the kids and work...chasing out demons...nothing skipped and no slacking...all miles accounted for.
I have a score to settle with that 4:51 time last year. I know what I want to accomplish and I just hope my body will allow me to be at peace with what I do. Now it's up to the running gods. I've done all I've could. I hate these f'ing marathons! They kill me!
OK that's said and done...what to wear??
long sleeve...short sleeve...long...short...long...short...
Grrr! I run into this EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!

I only post here once every two years or so...and then only on very special occasions.
The training is done...the hay is in the barn.

Good Luck!!!! You're supposed to feel tired and sore and nervous, etc during taper week. They're all signs that you're going to have a great race! (ok, taper week sucks...)
