For those of you who follow the tradition, what are you thinking of giving up for Lent?
I'm taking the huge plunge this year and giving up chocolate. 
One of my friends is starting South Beach so I told her I'd do it with her, mainly to get my blood sugar regulated, so hopefully that will help.
But

Not necessarily for Lent, but right now I'm trying to cut out sodas. I haven't had a soda since this past Wednesday.
I have, however, discovered hot tea.

I LOVE hot tea!!!! If you like raspberries, I just got a sample of Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Gardens Green Tea in the mail. YUM!
