How often is laundry done at your house? Every day? Once a week?
And how many loads do you have per day/week?

We do about 7-10 loads a week depending on how bad Abby does with accidents (the colostomy bag is known to come off some times)
Usually do wash about twice a week.

I usually do at least one load a day. It's part of my waking up process.

I would say we do 5-10 loads a week altogether. Timing depends on not when the undies are running low, but when they are running around on their own.

Damn, you folks do alot of laundry. So is the math?
1 kid = 2 extra loads a week?
We do 2 loads every Sunday. Of course it helps that I wear the same 'smock' to work everyday...

There's no rhyme or reason to laundry in the Coach's house.
Usually, during football season, I do most of the laundry on Sunday afternoon while watching the games.
I try to do as much of it as I can, because I hate the way Mrs. Coach does it, and she never finishes anything. I love her for helping, I just don't like the way it gets done, that's all.

6-8 loads per week for The Paramedic (hubby) and me.
- 2-3 loads jeans, towels, socks, scivvies
- 1 load elkid's dark (mostly black) work attire
- 1 load The Paramedic's EMS work attire
- 1 load The Paramedic's teaching work attire + whites
- 1-2 loads elkid's smelly workout gear

I don't mind doing the laundry, but I hate folding sheets.
By doing the laundry, I can account for all my Thorlo's just to make sure, Jen isn't sneaking around wearing them on me.

We probably do a load or two at least every other day. There is no pattern to it here.

With all the activity at our house-- Bambam, Beth and I running, kids playing in the snow, etc. I do 2 or 3 loads a day. I'll usually wash less in the summer since the kids wear swimsuits most of the time.
less clothes=less laundry
