Gret Job PH on the AG win!

Here are my Cliff's Notes :: 3(+) mi in 24:10 / 16 mi bike 56:52/ 2 mi. in 16:38. 1:41:01 finish time.

PH great to meet you and thank god you didn't wear that Gator colored shirt! LOL J/K.

For my first Duathlon I am pretty happy with my performance. I didn't push the runs as hard as I could have but we will push it next time. By the way PH its 3.28 miles on the first run!

See you at the Callaway Gardens Duathlon!

P.S. they start of the 2 mile run is a bit sadistic with a steep (I mean STEEP) down hill run not to mention negotiating down stairs!

Thanks everyone! I didnt know what to expect for my first race will see if I can get a little closer to SIR Speedy's time the next race!

Points taken from this Race.

1) My transitions stunk! Almost 2 minutes per transition.
2) Work on my hill climbing to build some stamina in my legs. First portion of the race I was passing people on hills and my legs got a little tired at the end.
3) More BRICKS! My legs felt like jello the first mile after the transition.

Great job Bill!!

I am not the best at transitions either. I doubt I'll ever get the hang of it.
