Ever wear something new and you're all proud of how great it looks and how great you feel in it and no one says anything about it all day and when you get home you don't feel quite so great anymore? Why does it matter whether anyone says anything or not if you know you look great in it?

Discuss.

You look great in that skirt/dress/pants/blouse/jacket/shawl/poncho that you are wearing.

No. I dress for me. Sometimes people think it's for them, but it's for me.

So go strut around in your micromini and gladiator slut boots with pride! OWN THAT LOOK!

It rocks to have people notice an outfit or hairstyle you particularly feel you look thumbs up in. You know, a lot of people are THINKING things that don't come out of their mouths. Michael has told me for years that he thinks things a lot and they don't seem to make it to his tongue. He says that's a guy thing. I'm sure you looked fantastic.

Besides, I think a guy is less likely to say something in the workplace especially.

I'm sure people noticed, especially if you felt good about yourself.

Perhaps the people were merely blinded by your new lighthouse dress.

I wasn't speaking of a particular experience so much as the general universal one. But yes, when that happened to me, Rex did notice and comment before I went out that day.
