you traitor!!!!
i like to feel my jeans hang on me. stretch jeans can't hang on me.
i have some stretch jeans, i'd rather not wear them. they're too much like work.
stretch and denim seem like oil and water to me. i think it's my 70s mentality coming thru. |
Two words why I don't wear them:
Muffin. Top. |

Me. too. Muffin. top.

Stretch denim in a size that is appropriate is great. I mean, I don't go down a size just because it could get them on due to the stretchy factor. It does make them more comfy for lounging.

I don't undestand. I go to K mart, JC Pennys, Sears, Old Navy and there's tons of non stretch jeans out there. Or is this just another plot by the MCP** store clothing buyers to demean women ?
Matter of fact what's going on here ? Are all jeans now coming in "low rise"? I've been there, done that - no thanks. I did score a nice pair of Pepe jeans for myself last night.

I have shopped at Target and JCP for years because they carried my brand of jeans. Non low rise, non stretch, that fit a petite woman appropriately. Now, when I go look for this brand (I guess I should blame the brand, not the store) they have my size in stretch or in low rise stretch, but not regular ol' jeans. If I find a pair of jeans, it's not in my size or waaaay longer than I can wear. I prefer my jeans/casual pants relaxed fit.

I love them! They minimize the waist/butt problem for me too...the only issue I have is that the more that you wash them, the more that you lose the stretch factor. Basically, you put them on, they fit, but by the end of the day they are sliding down to reveal an unacceptable amount of flesh.
