Whatcha havin'?
I was supposed to lunch with my trainee, but stupid sales guy and conversion chick stole her. I was forced to raid my desk drawer, aka the Carb Emporium. Fritos, beef jerky, Luna bar, and almonds, washed down with water.

I've been so hungry lately. Decided on indulging on fast food today. Had a Sante Fe Chicken Sandwich and medium diet soda from the King.

Baked macaroni with asiago cheese, chicken, asparagus, mushrooms, and I couldn't see what else was under all that mozzarella cheese, but it was yummy. First time our cafeteria actually had edible lunches in a long time!

Fried egg, cheese, spinach, tomato and julienne carrot with ranch dressing in a whole wheat wrap. Followed by a blood orange for dessert.
Hubby called me an 'obsessive fruit and veggie eater' yesterday.

Shannon I love blood oranges. Too bad it's such a short season for them.
Me: Ham and turkey bacon on marble bread w/mustard. Chex snack mix. And I have a grapefruit and girl scout thin mints for later!

I feel guilty ..I had a fillet o fish meal at McDonalds plus an extra fillet o fish sandwich (I swear I could have eaten another 2 sandwiches if I felt like it...)
Well, it's not like I have McDonald's every day (the last time I had it was 2-3 weeks ago) so why not indulge once in a while?

Blackened mahi-mahi over mixed baby greens and romaine, with a light viniagrette dressing (at least they call it light, I think it's too thick) along with one chicken wing and one buffalo shrimp!
Not a bad lunch at all!
