im eating a homemade tuna salad plate. the sub shop on the corner makes an awesome tuna salad with tuna salad, tomatoes, lettuce, orgeno, EVOO, and vinegar.

i have tried to duplicate with a lower fat version, but its no where near as good as the sub shops. sigh.

whats on your plate?

Roast beef on a roll the size of my hand. Not just my palm, the whole frickin' hand. If it was heavy enough, they could use it as a discus. Mr. Green

All my favorite little cafes for soup have closed for the month of September (pretty common down here as it is off-season). So I'm not sure yet.

I really, really, wanted some Asian chicken noodle soup (it's spicy and has water chestnuts and shi$akes in it.)

When you type in the name of a certain type of mushroom, it comes out as poop. I edited.

Shi$akes = poop.

Grilled ham and swiss on sourdough bread. And maybe a slice of the chocolate chip banana bread I'm making to take into work.
