Are we talking stains stains or just sticky stuff that has gathered dirt?
Stains stains - maybe a clorox wipe with bleach?

a paper towel/wash rag with warm water and/windex and lots of elbow grease. spritz some windex on the towel and clean each key thoroughly.
i used to clean the keys on our registers seasonally when i worked at the water park. it was soooo gross how much dirt transfered from fingers to the keys over 3 months...
