I enjoy my workouts. I like to cycle and never seem to get bored doing it. I like to keep it spinning no matter what. The problem is during long winter days since I can’t go out on a freezing road with snow blizzard whipping across the country. Do you have any idea how to keep it spinning during the winter?

Trainer is the answer. It is a small rack with a wheel to which you attach your bicycle wheel. You can ride your bike, just as if you were on the road yet you are in the safe and warm apartment with TV on! Thus you can watch TV, listen to music and work out at the same time. On top of that you don’t have to worry about the temperature outside.
