Rolling Rock's husband, Mark is having some coronary issues today and will be undergoing a catheterization tomorrow some time. I know she won't post this on her own, so I will do it for her! He woke up this morning with an irregular heartbeat, drove himself to the emergency room (Men!) and they kept him.

Obviously, RR is worried, and because they are transferring Mark to Pittsburgh to do the procedure, she will have to drive into the burgh (on her own) which on a good day can be harrowing.

Here's the first RiffRaff prayer going up for your Mark & Sue!

thank you Riff Raff friends.... today sucked. tomorrow will too but coming here seems to be really refreshing somehow. there's always something to make me Very Happy and today, (a first) something to make me cry

these are indeed words to live by. thank you Elkid for hitting the nail on the head in a most timely fashion:

I traveled nearly 600 miles and 12 hours by car, and spent another 2 hours on foot for 9.3 more, to realize it isn't the destination that's important, merely the journey and the mile markers that spot it. And I think if I use that as my guide, and look around the road and enjoy it, I'll be OK.

i think we have a winnah.
