I could barely talk this morning when I woke up, and coughed up something brown in the shower this morning.
I think it was herb residue.
I am now drinking coffee to try to loosen things up enough to do my job.
I have a 6 mile hash tomorrow....
and I am taking a virgin with me, whom I hve never met.....

let's just say i'd have read up on something before i take it. People take herbs not understanding the effects they have. remember most early medicines were derived from herbs. treat ANY hearbal supplement just like medicine study it first.
Don't worry Jen, most of Americans don't understand this. 
a lot of time herbs can cencel out a medication, or increase the effect, not always a desireable outcome.
