Tue Wed Thurs Fri Sat Sun Total
10 5 10 5 6 17= 53
12 5 11 4 18= 50
12 6 12 3 6 22= 61
Tempo runs on Tuesday's and Thurdays!
Mondays off. Marathon pacing within each Sunday run, 8, 12, and 15 miles respectively, 7:00-7:15 pace.
This coach has been great and has produced nothing but PR's for me, but these next 3 weeks will be rough.
